  I'm a Tricare holder and have had nothing but issues since the new transition. Today I showed up to one Walgreens after several attempts at scheduling an appointment online failed for my five year old daughter with a bad cough and high fever. I waited there for thirty minutes with 9 other people, no one ever showed (Walgreens on Cooper and Warner). So I went to this Walgreens. I was the first one there...signed up and sat. Again for thirty minutes I sat. Never seeing anyone. I went to he pharmacy who told me the nurse was with a patient. At the 45 minute mark the nurse (who was NOT with a patient) walked in. It is now 10:00 am. She said she would be with me "in a minute". Ten minutes later she tells me there is a computer issue, and that we can come back at 11:45. I then find out my daughter might have pneumonia and that I need to go elsewhere. Also they've had issues filling different prescriptions and have been very slow and difficult to work with. I am officially done with Walgreens. I never had these issues with CVS.
