Promised a free phone in late 2016 as part of a promotion, but since the "consultant" (snicker) configured things slightly differently (resulting in more revenue for AT&T), it was later found to not qualify. Customer service said deal with the store, the store said deal with customer service. My advice: deal with another carrier.
