  The Store did not have a working Samsung Galaxy Note8 in the store a week before launch. In addition the staff member that attempted to help us told us that the Note8 had a more powerful processor than the S8 and S8+; the processors are the same.

  Horrible !!!! They deserve zero stars My mother went into this sprint store to get her unlock code for her iPhone 6s which is paid for and she is not under contract with sprint They lied to her and said they don’t have the unlock code They lied right to her face She should be able to switch to a different carrier without all this hassle be wary of them because they will lie right to your face! So I called the sprint store and talk to a gentleman who answered the phone and I told him why did you you lie to my mom , you said that Apple has the unlock code and he said he didn’t say that except he did Say exactly that so when I asked why he lied, he hung up on me !!!horrible customer service horrible horrible horrible They are liars Bl
