  We bought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator, range and dishwasher at the very end of 2016. The appliances work well, however, on the refrigerator and dishwasher there were flaws in the door handles and finish on doors. It is now the 18th of February and we still do not have this issued resolved. When bringing back a new dishwasher for replacement two weeks ago it had the same flaws...the handle on the refrig was replaced but the finish still needs to be fixed. I was called, in advance ten days ago, to say it would be delivered this morning and after waiting 5 hours it was a no show. I called the manager Paul to find out what was happening and he assured me he would call me back with an answer. I waited 1 1/2 hours and returned the call again speaking now with the salesman who actually sold us the appliances and he questioned Paul what was happening. Our name it seems slipped through the cracks so to speak, but he, the manager of the store , NEVER had the courtesy to return the call and let us know after waiting what was now 6 1/2 hours for naught. The salesman said it would be delivered now on Tues of this next week. The appliances for quality so far very good...the customer service very poor. I will repost with how this ends when the time comes.
