  Terrible customer service. Could not explain products, warranty information, etc. Prices rang up wrong and no one offered to go find out why. Manager was called over and was no more help than the cashier.

  Not all stores are created the same! Other Office Max and competitor locations declined my project citing an advanced notice policy. This store's printing employees were not only polite, but had a wonderful "let me see what I can do" attitude. When customer service can mean different things to people, this store's employees were refreshing to work with. They not only finished my project ahead of the promised time, but they gave honest opinions about what would make it look better and still keep me well within my budget. I'm extremely pleased with the finished product and will definitely bring more of my nonprofit as well as personal business to this location.
