  My daughter in law & I had a good experience at the store today. We received such good service I asked the woman helping us her name & told her I wanted to do a review online praising her because of the bad reviews I'd read about for that store. Unfortunately I can't remember her name, but she told me she was the new manager. She was friendly, knew her merchandise and was happy to help us find just what my daughter in law wanted.

  (I wanna encourage everyone to take a momemt to read all of this as it addresses some important new info!)    Motherhood Maternity at Chandler Fashion Center is a shining example of how change IS possible. I love how the employees always give 110%. However, this was NOT what I got here at my first visit last month...    The saleswoman stared at her cell the whole time! She ignored me completely. Giving up, I chose a bra that I needed but didn't try on because I wanted to go. I'd exchange it at another store if I had to.    Leaving shocked and disappointed, I promised myself to never shop at this location again.    Last weekend I resorted to returning after unsuccessfully searching for bras elsewhere. I expected nothing but my first step inside was welcomed by brand new faces! One came over and immediately sized me, then gave me some bras that were SO comfortable I got four and threw out my old ones. All three answered my questions, made suggestions based on my interests, and told me how I looked in my clothes. I felt like I was shopping with a group of my friends!    The store manager rang me up (16 items for $280! If it weren't for the amazing sales, it would have been >$500!!) and I mentioned the last girl that was so rude. She apologized and assured me I would never again be treated that way since they restaffed recently. I got their names/titles written down on my receipt so I could do this review. The manager's Tiffany and she had SUCH a fun personality that I'll be back again soon just to shop with her. Bethany (assistant manager) knows the product and will put together cute & comfy outfits for a good deal. Their sales associate Brittany made sure she was always around in case I needed anything at all. The three of them make the perfect team.    Ignore the old reviews and go see their new staff! This store has been overhauled by the best...I wish every business had employment like this.
