  I'm am speaking from two visits and I would say outstanding customer service from this location! I've been there for a suit buying stop and also an amazing tailoring that they got done within a day because I was in desparate need! Thanks!!!

  Oh, Jos A Bank, why have a store manager not trained in the art of customer service and retention? Your manager, Ross, lost my husband's business today - we will now shop at Men's Warehouse. All over a poor alteration job and Ross insisting on nickel and diming to collect an additional $7 for alteration repair. Result? Return of $150 purchase and decision to not purchase another $100 of clothing today. Petty decisions = loss of sales and returning customers. Won't be back.
