  Every time I've rented a truck from this location they start the clock then take at least 10min to let me go with the keys-- so the 75min arvertised is more like 60-65min. Also, rented hydraulic trencher from here because they claimed it could trench down to 18". Ended up having to keep it a 2nd day because had to make 10 passes even in soft ground to get close to 18". Trencher just isn't very good at removing the dirt and isn't heavy enough for 18". Rating only 1star because they offered no suggestions when I called in for help, and when I called manager after to suggest they try to better inform people about how to use the trencher and that the advertised speed is not accurate etc, the manager was very defensive, rude, belligerent. Not good customer service. I guess that's one way to make more money-- misinform customers so they have to keep tools longer.
