  Absolutely the worst customer service! Had to buy an overpriced smaller version than I wanted. Paid cash. They didn't even have the "BOGO" matching size. After finding exactly what I wanted at a competitor around the corner in the same outlet mall, I came back 5 minutes later and asked for a refund. First, the manager, Dora, said I couldn't get one then lectured me about how if I kissed up to her she would have called for me and gotten it. Which is it? I finally had to settle for a gift card which I have absolutely no desire to use and for which I want a refund! Unless you answer my vm left on your customer service line and resolve this to my satisfaction I will post this everywhere!
