  Customer Service was horrible! Not one customer said hello or asked if I needed help with anything. One female employee walked by me at least 5 times and stood next to me and STILL said nothing. I thought I was being pranked it was that bad. Then, my friend and I went to check out and a younger male associate and adult female associate were having a full on conversation right in front of me! I was just staring at them and my friend like this is really crazy.... and then he finally decided to check me out and as well DID NOT EVEN SAY HELLO. Or "Did you find everything okay?" Did the same thing to my friend and had the nerve to laugh at the end because she was giving him an attitude for his horrible service. That was probably the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life lol like I really can't believe it. My friend was livid and wanted to come back to the store to speak with the manager but I told her I would just post this review.

  So I purachsed a pair of boots..within weeks the sole was worn..I purchased them on a credit card anf was told I could exchange them..drove 35 miles to be told they werent going to look on the computer for my purchase even though I had bought them weeks ago..the manager was a total snooty b..so..be sure to check the quality before you buy anyyhing here..
