  Horrible customer service, beyond unbelievable. If you enjoy being ignored this is the place for you. It took them 10 months to manufacture our couch, which came to our home incorrect 3 times. After 2 more months it still is not right. Would never ever deal with them again.

  We purchased the Monterey sectional 7 years ago from the old Ray Rd location. It is a beautiful sofa that receives many compliments. Recently, the cushions have become less than comfortable. I phoned the factory showroom & was told it could be one of two things, either the inserts or the foam. I brought in a cushion and Jim, in customer service was most helpful, explaining that it would be best to replace the inserts as the foam was good. Jim placed the order for the inserts explaining it would take approximately one week to arrive. The cost to replace all inserts was VERY reasonable. I will be having them installed today.(one week later as promised) Creative Leather customer service is unparalleled especially in today's world. Jim took much time & several phone calls to accommodate me with great patience and kindness. Great customer service is what sets Creative Leather apart from other leather manufacturers. I would HIGHLY recommend Creative Leather for your home or office needs.
