  I am a new customer with Bug Guardian and am happy to say that they have been by far the best pest control company I've worked with in the valley. I was with another company that charged a higher monthly fee and somehow they were never able to eliminate the pest problem at my home. We went from seeing scorpions in the backyard when we moved in...to then having them inside the home along with spiders, water bugs and crickets. Once I switched to Bug Guardian, from the very first month I saw a dramatic difference in the amount of pests seen. By our second treatment I no longer saw any pest activity both inside and outside my home. Anthony, our service technician is great as well. He always sends me a text the day before my scheduled treatment as a reminder and has taken great care of us.

  I have been using Bug Guardian since July of 2013 and can honestly say that I couldn't be happier with their services. I had a terrible scorpion issue inside and outside of my Gilbert home that caused my family a lot of stress and anxiety. After reading reviews of multiple pest control companies in the valley, I selected Bug Guardian. I liked the fact that I didn't have to sign up for a contract and the monthly cost was very competitive. Because they have done such a great job and it didn't take long for the scorpion issue to be resolved, I have kept the service up monthly. My technician is John who has excellent customer service skills and is undeniably dedicated to his job in making sure your home is free of pests. He's also very flexible with scheduling and always sends me a text message reminder which I truly appreciate. If you're looking for a pest control company and took the time to read this review, I feel as though your search should be over!

  John is the best! He took care of our scorpion problem. Such a relief! We have used Bug Guardian since 2013 and have been very happy with the results. Due to the great results at the office, 2 of our employees now use Bug Guardian for their homes as well. Both John & Gary are very knowledgeable and are both prompt and courteous. We recommend them highly.
