  I told them specifically I am NOT available for morning appointments and asked for the 12pm-4pm slot. They confirmed I was scheduled for my TV installation on wed between 12-4pm.... Two days later I get an email confirming my appointment for 8am-12pm!!! I called them and made them reschedule but that spot was then taken so I had to wait until Friday at 12-4pm. For some reason to change the installation date, they had to cancel my order completely and remake it. My original receipt was about $2900, my 2nd receipt said almost $3,600!!! I had a LONG call with them after sending them to email with the correct amount, they made me remake the order so my installation was pushed put again, this time by 5 days! Even worse, they called me two hours later and said "I apologize but the appointment we gave you has already been taken, can you reschedule?". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! After all this you don't even give me a real appointment.... We finally fixed everything and I make an appointment for TWO Saturdays out at 12-4pm(only Saturday they had and I can't take any more lunches off)... guess what time they show up? 8am HA this place is a joke! I'm now on hold because the price is inaccurate again!! OMG!! Update: After being transferred 9 times (not exaggerating) this B*** hangs up on me because I asked to speak to a manager! I will be getting rid of my credit card with your company and NEVER using you again. This is how you treat your loyal, long term customers?!?!? wow.....

  If you know what you’re looking for and are not a complete idiot, this specific Best Buy is great. The staff is fairly knowledgeable but going in you should know what you want. Do your research prior to shopping and don’t rely on an associate to tell you what to buy. I’ve spent thousands at this location on camera gear since its one of two Best Buy’s in the valley that carry decent camera gear. Will always continue to shop here!
